Join Our Dynamic Team as a Referral Information Coordinator (RIC)!

This is your chance to join EHASH the Early Help and Safeguarding Hub as one of our valued Referral Information Coordinators (RIC).



You'll become part of a highly skilled, supportive, and experienced team based on Floor 3 at Number One Riverside, working at the very heart of Rochdale's Early Help and Children's Social Care services.

EHASH is the front door for all Early Help and safeguarding referrals in Rochdale.





Every day, we play a vital role in ensuring children and families get the right support at the right time.





As a RIC, you'll be central to this missionhelping us keep children safe and families supported.

What Will You Do?





Be the first point of contact for referrals through our new children's portal.


Create and manage accurate records, ensuring all details are clear for decision-making and triage.


Gather crucial informationincluding history and relationshipsto support timely and informed decisions.

Contribute to key safeguarding processes, including:





High Risk Domestic Abuse meetings


Children Missing from Home reviews


CAFCASS checks


Your work will help ensure EHASH runs smoothly and effectively every single day.
