Allied Neuro Therapy Ltd is seeking a highly organised and proactive
Referrals Coordinator
to join our Office Team. This role is central to ensuring a smooth and efficient referral process for patients and referrers, supporting our clinicians, and maintaining accurate administrative records.
About the Role
As a Referrals Coordinator, you will:
Receive, process, and coordinate patient referrals promptly
Communicate professionally with patients, case managers, solicitors, insurers, and clinicians
Schedule appointments and issue accurate documentation
Maintain meticulous records and ensure compliance with GDPR
Liaise closely with the Assistant Practice Manager and wider clinical and administrative teams
Support service quality by monitoring referrals, gathering feedback, and appropriately escalating concerns.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Highly organised with strong administrative experience
Confident in communicating with patients and professionals
Attentive to detail, accurate, and able to problem-solve
Comfortable working under pressure and managing competing priorities
Professional, adaptable, and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
Essential Requirements
5 GCSEs or equivalent qualification at grade C/Level 5 or above
A Level or equivalent qualification to include either Maths, English or Science
Experience in patient-facing or customer service roles
Administrative and data-entry experience
Good IT skills and ability to work across multiple systems
Experience with information management systems.
