22,735 - term time only

Contract:

Full time, Permanent - 37 hours per week, 39 working weeks,

The post-holder will:



Work closely with the Deputy Headteacher (Pastoral) this important role will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the Reflection Unit. Supervise students within the unit, ensuring they have appropriate work to undertake. liaising with other school staff to ensure the unit's operations integrate in to the school's operations.

You will have:



highly advanced interpersonal skills in order to manage a range of situations experience of working with students in sometimes challenging situations an ability to co-ordinate and direct other colleagues to ensure the Unit works effectively.
