The Role
We're looking for passionate Reformer Pilates instructors to join our growing team. Whether you're newly qualified or an experienced teacher, if you have great energy, a love for movement, and a people-first mindset -- we'd love to hear from you!
You'll have the opportunity to:
Teach small group Reformer Pilates classes in a supportive, modern environment
Offer private and semi-private sessions (optional)
Be part of community events, workshops, and brand collaborations
Access ongoing training and development opportunities to grow your teaching skills
Help shape the studio culture from the ground up
What We're Looking For
Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor (minimum Level 3 Pilates or equivalent)
Confident, approachable, and professional teaching style
Passion for helping clients move well and feel their best
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude
Desirable but not essential:
Experience teaching group reformer classes
Interest in social media, events, or wellness collaborations
