Job Summary:

We are a well-established refrigeration company in Wolverhampton looking for a

Refrigeration Equipment Handler & Delivery Driver

to join our team. This role involves the safe transportation, loading, unloading, and installation assistance of heavy refrigeration units. The ideal candidate will be reliable, physically fit, and able to represent the company professionally while ensuring timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely transport

refrigeration equipment to customer sites across

England and Wales

using company vehicles.

Load and unload

heavy refrigeration units (assisted lifting equipment provided where necessary). Assist with basic installation setup under the guidance of engineers when required. Ensure all deliveries are completed

on time

and in accordance with company standards. Perform

pre-delivery inspections

of goods and report any damages or discrepancies. Maintain accurate

delivery logs

and obtain customer signatures for proof of receipt. Follow all

health and safety

procedures when handling heavy equipment. Keep the delivery vehicle clean, fueled, and well-maintained.

Requirements:

Full UK driving license

(essential - no major endorsements).

Physically fit

- able to lift and move heavy items. Previous experience in

delivery driving, warehouse work, or manual handling

preferred. Strong

time management

and organizational skills.

Professional and polite

attitude when dealing with customers.

Fluent English

(spoken and written) for clear communication with clients and team.
