About the Job:

You'll be out and about on the road travelling to your

sites, carrying out planned

M&E

works.

The role includes PPM works to agreed SOP's on M&E Equipment such as Air Conditioning, Heating, Heat Pumps, Electrical services and emergency lighting, there will be some associated PPM tasks that are Refrigeration Biased subject to your skill set so training will be provided. During seasonal PPM freeze times, you will be required to assist the Refrigeration or M&E reactive teams

You'll enjoy working autonomously, where you will be responsible for delivering planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding and repair work. Ideally, you will have the ability to confidently carry out a range of other electrical and mechanical tasks as well.


To be successful you will have::
Full UK Driving License NVQ Level 3 Electrical 18th Edition Unvented Hot Water Good HVAC and plumbing knowledge Significant experience ideally gained within a retail environment The ability to work unsupervised in a pressurized environment dealing with store teams and members of the public An understanding of commercial refrigeration system technologies

The role will involve working 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday
