HOURS:

Shift pattern: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, 5 days out of 7 including weekends

LOCATION:

Galgorm

SALARY:

12.21 per hour


We are currently seeking a Refuge and Recycling Operative to assist the Maintenance & Estates Manager in ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of all outdoor and back-of-house areas within the Resort. This role plays a key part in maintaining the Resort's commitment to sustainability through responsible waste collection and disposal.

About The Role

The Position:

The main responsibilities for this position include:

Collection and proper disposal of all waste and recyclables from various locations around the Resort. Ensuring all outdoor and back-of-house areas are free from litter and debris, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. Adhering to recycling protocols and waste management guidelines to support environmental initiatives. Maintaining a safe environment for both guests and staff by following health and safety procedures. Assisting with any additional duties as required by the Maintenance & Estates Manager.

Applicants must:

Hold a full clean driving license. Demonstrate a positive attitude with strong teamwork skills. Show pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Be adaptable and flexible in their approach to work.

Required Criteria

A full clean driving license is essential to meet the requirements of the role Have a keen interest in delivering exceptional customer service Have strong interpersonal and communication skills Hold adequate IT skills & preferably previous experience using service software Have strong teamwork skills Have the ability to prioritize their time and the importance of various tasks Possess sound knowledge of the Resort & local area Display a flexible work approach

Desired Criteria

Have previously worked in a Concierge position in the Hospitality sector Have previously worked in a customer service role Have previous experience in the hospitality sector. Hold a PSV License
