12.21 per hourWe are currently seeking a Refuge and Recycling Operative to assist the Maintenance & Estates Manager in ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of all outdoor and back-of-house areas within the Resort. This role plays a key part in maintaining the Resort's commitment to sustainability through responsible waste collection and disposal.
The Position:
The main responsibilities for this position include:
Collection and proper disposal of all waste and recyclables from various locations around the Resort. Ensuring all outdoor and back-of-house areas are free from litter and debris, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. Adhering to recycling protocols and waste management guidelines to support environmental initiatives. Maintaining a safe environment for both guests and staff by following health and safety procedures. Assisting with any additional duties as required by the Maintenance & Estates Manager.
The Person:
Applicants must:
Hold a full clean driving license. Demonstrate a positive attitude with strong teamwork skills. Show pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Be adaptable and flexible in their approach to work.
