What You'll Be Doing:

Collect refuse and recycling from homes, flats, schools, and businesses. Engage with residents to promote recycling and responsible waste management. Maintain high standards of time keeping, attendance, safety, efficiency, and customer care. Support the team with vehicle checks, reporting issues, and improving routes. Take part in training in areas such as health & safety, manual handling, and reverse assistant procedures.

What We're Looking For:

A willing team player with a flexible, positive attitude. Good communication skills and the ability to engage with the public. Commitment to health and safety and equal opportunities. Able to work shifts, weekends, and bank holidays, when needed. Willingness to take part in training and continuous professional development.
