YOU ROLE | KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:



Analyse business performance and market dynamics to identify improvement opportunities, quantify external impacts (e.g., price volatility, regulations), and support strategic adjustments.

Develop and automate reporting tools, dashboards, and marketing materials to enhance decision-making, operational efficiency, and commercial visibility.

Collaborate with regional and local teams to align on customer needs, ensure successful delivery of business development initiatives, and grow market share.

Design and document functional and business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and continuous improvement of internal processes.

Present strategic insights, recommendations, and market research findings to stakeholders, contributing to commercial strategy and customer engagement.

Track performance metrics (KPIs, revenue, projects) and report insights to senior management.

Ensure proactive intelligence and conduct studies to support business directions in implementing new opportunities.

Produce regular updates on key information to facilitate better follow-up of North European markets.



WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR? KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:



Demonstrable experinece in the Shipping or Logistics industry would be very advantageous

Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Any other European language is a plus.

Team player. Proactive, highly motivated, result oriented individual with strong analytical and organizational skills.

Results driven and deadline-oriented, strong in project management.

Computer and system literacy.

Excellent interpersonal skills and can easily be adaptable to new environments.
