About the role:



Regional HGV Driver Class 1

Menzies/Inpost are currently recruiting for a Regional HGV Class 1 driver to work out of our site in Warrington, covering our neighbouring Preston & Chester depots, for holiday/sickness cover, as required.You'll be undertaking the delivery & collection of product on behalf of Menzies/Inpost and its customers. This vacancy would suit a HGV Class 1 driver, with trunking experience and at least 6 months driving experience.

14 Clayton road, Warrington WA3 6NH

Shift Pattern:

Various (to be discussed at interview)

Hours:

40.25hrs per week

Salary: 36,500p/a




What you'll be doing:



General driving trunking duties, observing current legal and best practice delivering and collection to/from our customer's premises or other locations. Assisting with loading and unloading Occasionally self-load and pump truck work Straps and curtain siders Customer loads and contents of pallets may vary

What we need from you:



A full UK C+E licence - valid CPC and digi tacho card. No more than 6 points on your licence No previous disqualifications Good knowledge of drivers hours and WTD regulations At least 6 months relevant driving experience
