As part of a regional team, this role provides leadership, professional oversight, governance, and development of your HR Advisor and HR Administrator, ensuring an effective and impactful HR service across the Northern region. This role will partner with business leaders to enable smooth operations and deliver strategic objectives, KPIs, and the HR People Plan.
Recently acquiring new business, with a total team workforce of c1300, we are driving culture change, integration across the Group and becoming one team with one vision. Working with HR Business Partners in the Mids and South you will be key in championing HR service excellence across employee relations, policy development, change management, and employee lifecycle processes.
We're looking for someone who has:
A real passion for building relationships with key stakeholders.
Complete HR Generalist experience dealing with employee relations matters.
A people-oriented professional skilled in delivering strategic HR solutions and understanding the central role of people in organisational success.
A naturally open and honest communication style.
Resilience, as you'll be managing multiple service managers simultaneously.
A commercially aware mindset, and a potential interest in numbers!
Strong leadership, team-building, and relationship-nurturing skills.
Experience in being involved with mobilising new services, contributing to tenders, including TUPE related activity.
Contribute to the delivery of the Company People Plan and provide regular updates on workforce risks and controls.
Ability to work across multiple sites (minimal travel required).
Full UK driving licence and car.
Desirable attributes
CIPD Level 7 qualification.
Understanding of NHS Agenda for Change terms and conditions.
