We're looking for a

Regional Marketing Executive

to bring the COYA brand to life across our venues. This is a dynamic and hands-on role where you'll work closely with the Global Marketing Director and local teams to develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.

The Role




As a

Regional Marketing Executive

, you will be responsible for ensuring the consistent and high-quality execution of COYA's marketing strategy across different regions. This includes overseeing content, digital campaigns, CRM, events, and in-venue activations -- all while maintaining brand consistency and delivering engaging, high-performing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities



Plan, coordinate, and deliver regional marketing campaigns aligned with global strategy and brand values. Manage the production of marketing materials including menus, digital assets, social content, and printed collateral. Write and edit professional marketing copy, press releases, emails, and internal communications. Collaborate with the wider marketing team, operations, design, PR, and content teams to ensure campaign success. Support the planning and execution of events, pop-ups, and cultural activations across venues. Work with external agencies and suppliers to ensure timely, on-budget delivery of planned tasks. Lead content planning for digital and CRM platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, CMS), ensuring quality and consistency. Liaise with teams across culinary, bar, music, and art to support campaign storytelling. Track campaign performance and ROI, prepare reports for internal reviews and board updates. Conduct competitor research and stay informed on market trends and opportunities.

Looking For



Proven marketing experience, ideally in hospitality, lifestyle, or multi-venue environments. Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns. Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and brand tone. Confident communicator and collaborator across all levels of the business. Energetic, proactive, and adaptable to change -- someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative culture. Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g. Mailchimp) and content management platforms.
