We are seeking an experienced and passionate Regional Quality Manager to lead on quality assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement across care services within the North West region.



This senior role carries regional ownership for quality across the North West, overseeing 7 CQC?registered services and supporting c.1,500 service users and 800+ employees. You'll partner with the Registered Managers to embed best practice, strengthen CQC readiness and deliver continuous improvement at scale.

The successful candidate will support services across the Northwest Region, working closely with teams to maintain and improve quality and regulatory compliance.




Key Responsibilities:




Conduct quality audits, service reviews and compliance checks across multiple locations. Provide hands-on support to managers to strengthen CQC readiness and overall quality performance. Lead on improvement plans, investigations, and learning following incidents or concerns. Monitor quality data, identify trends and work with teams to reduce risks and drive improvement. Offer guidance and coaching to colleagues on best practice, safeguarding, and documentation standards. Contribute to organisational projects, policy development and internal quality initiatives.

About you:




Experience in a quality, compliance, managerial, or senior care role within our organisation or sector. Strong understanding of CQC standards, safeguarding, and person-centred care. Ability to travel across the region and work flexibly. Excellent communication, analysis and problem solving skills. Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification.
