What You'll Be Doing:
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet and exceed business goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in both residential and commercial HVAC markets.
Lead, mentor, and support a team of sales professionals to ensure consistent performance and professional growth.
Track and report on regional sales performance, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
Collaborate with operations, marketing, and logistics teams to streamline sales processes and ensure timely delivery.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and product innovations to stay ahead of the market.
Facilitate ongoing training and development for your team to keep skills sharp and knowledge up to date.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer concerns, ensuring swift resolution and long-term satisfaction.
Represent GildAir Supplies at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to elevate brand presence.
What We're Looking For:
Proven success in sales management, ideally within the HVAC or a related technical industry.
Strong leadership abilities with a track record of hitting and surpassing sales targets.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with the HVAC market is a strong advantage.
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel across the UK as needed.
