About the Role
We're looking for an ambitious and experienced
Regional Sales Manager
to lead our
New Homes division in Cambridgeshire
. You'll take ownership of a high-performing region within one of the UK's most respected property groups -- managing a talented team, strengthening developer partnerships, and delivering exceptional sales performance.
This is a senior role that
requires proven experience in property sales, ideally within Land & New Homes
. Candidates
without property sector experience will not be considered
.
What You'll Do
Lead, coach, and inspire
your team to achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets
Build strong partnerships
with developers, site teams, and stakeholders across the region
Drive revenue growth
, manage budgets, and maximise overall performance
Collaborate across divisions
to generate referrals and identify new opportunities
Represent the brand with confidence and professionalism
