A DAY IN THE LIFE:




The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will lead and manage the commercial business across the North of England and Scotland region. This individual will be responsible for achieving sales targets, driving market growth, and developing the skills and performance of a regional sales team of 8-10 direct reports. The RSM will play a key role in implementing the national sales strategy, fostering strong relationships with healthcare providers, and ensuring excellent customer engagement in alignment with Tandem Diabetes Care values and business objectives.

Do:




The Regional Sales Manager will take full responsibility for driving commercial success in the region, including sales performance, market growth, and strategic business planning. They will lead and develop a high-performing team of sales and clinical professionals through coaching, talent development, and accountability. Building strong relationships with healthcare providers, commissioners, and advocacy groups is key, alongside ensuring best-in-class customer support and representation at key events. The role also involves collaborating across functions, monitoring competitors, reporting performance insights, and ensuring compliance with company policies, regulations, and ethical practices while maintaining a strong patient-first focus

You'll Be Awesome At:



Proven track record in

sales leadership

within the medical devices, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sector (diabetes experience highly desirable).

L

eadership experience

managing a commercial team of 6+ direct reports. Strong business acumen with the ability to manage regional P&L, sales forecasts, and market planning. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Demonstrated experience in

coaching, mentoring, and developing teams

to exceed performance targets. Strong understanding of the UK healthcare system, commissioning pathways, and market access dynamics. Degree-level education or equivalent preferred.
