Q Finance is a multi-award-winning finance broker who are growing in both reputation and scale and therefore we are seeking ambitious Regional Sales Mangers across the UK to introduce our Motor Finance proposition to the market and secure new accounts from clients in automotive dealer groups, management companies and used car independents.

With our superb panel of funders, state of the art software and slick back-office systems we are fast becoming the broker partner of choice for motor dealers and consumers alike.

With increasing demand comes the increasing need to add to our current team to drive the company's growth plans into 2025 and beyond.

The Role

Our Regional Sales Manager role is a new role in line with our UK expansion plans and is an incredibly exciting role for the right candidates.

Reporting into the National Sales Manager, the role is to manage all of your existing dealer relationships and to develop new business opportunities within your defined geographical area as well as building and mentoring a team of new business managers around you.

We are seeking to recruit a talented, motivated individuals who can identify and secure quality new business opportunities while supporting dealers in maximising their business.

You will (with the UK Sales Manager) establish a sales strategy for your territory, delivering excellent customer outcomes whilst achieving targets for new and repeat business.

What you will bring -

You will be a highly motivated individual that has the ambition, energy and ability to achieve sales targets whilst always ensuring excellent customer outcomes.

You will have a proven, highly successful and demonstrable background in a sales role within the automotive industry as well as a current transferable dealer count.

Previous experience of motor finance or the motor industry is essential, as is the ability to work proactively, plan your time carefully and think strategically in a fast-moving market. You will also need a good understanding of the regulatory environment we operate in.

Working knowledge of the regulatory environment is highly desired, specifically FCA regulations and SAF requirements for Motor Finance Conduct.
