Now, we are looking for a driven and ambitious Regional Sales Manager to join our field sales team and help us continue working wonders across Scotland.




The Role:





This is a fantastic role for a motivated sales professional who thrives on winning new business, building long-term relationships and smashing targets.



As Regional Sales Manager, you will take ownership of your territory, managing the full sales cycle from appointment through to close, while also developing your own pipeline of new opportunities. You will be a key contributor to the continued growth of our UK sales team.




Key Responsibilities as a Regional Sales Manager:




Attending sales appointments booked by our Internal Telesales Team and turning opportunities into results Identifying customer needs and positioning the right solutions to maximise value Negotiating contracts and confidently closing deals Generating your own leads and building a strong future pipeline Keeping up to date with our products and the wider competitive market Working closely with Sales Support and Install teams to ensure a smooth customer journey Carrying out market research to stay ahead of customer needs Collaborating with the wider UK field sales team, sharing knowledge and best practice




Who we are looking for




An experienced B2B sales professional (telecoms experience is ideal, but not essential) A proven track record of winning and growing new business Confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills A natural relationship-builder with strong networking ability Commercially minded, with the ability to spot opportunities and act on them Target-driven, self-motivated and hungry for success A team player who enjoys collaborating across departments
