REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
RESPONSIBLE TO:
GENERAL SALES MANAGER
JOB PURPOSE:
To drive sales and growth growth through each UK depot focusing on local business in the depot surrounding areas ensuring consistent business is generated and maintained.
SALARY BAND & PACKAGE:
30,000 to 40,000 per annum + bonus + company car.
HOURS:
Monday - Friday 8.00am to 5pm.
HOLIDAY:
22 days + bank holidays.
PLACE OF WORK:
Hybrid working with expectation to attend Leeds/Milton Keynes or Tamworth offices as required.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
? LCV Experience.
? Full Driving License.
? Black book of sales contacts.
? Willingness to Travel.
? Strategic Outlook.
? Evidence of a successful sales career.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
? From a Dealer Fleet sector (Sales), Leasing or Technical LCV background.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
? To provide vision and a plan to deliver sustainable growth and an exceptional customer experience through sales.
? To grow sales through increased number of customers, penetration at a corporate level and through the exploration of new routes into the market.
? To promote the Comm-Ply through PR and social media campaigns that set Comm-Ply out as a market leader and trusted advisor.
? To plan and implement a full plan and budget every year.
? To keep the CRM system up to date with all leads and quotes in order to provide a sales performance snapshot at any given time.
? Recommend products and services to customers regularly, and where appropriate develop new products and services in line with customer requirements.
? Update customer and sales information on the company CRM system and grow the database through leads, potential customers and other areas of growth.
? To foster and grow all customers through entertainment, communication and product and service development.
? To provide customers with clear and decisive quotes on all requested products and services and to follow up on issued quotes within KPI timelines.
? To keep informed in any changes within the automotive market so as to provide expertise and advice to the customer base.
? Regularly visit new and existing customers to deliver exceptional customer service and update customers on any business changes.
? Ensure all daily and monthly reports are produced within the agreed deadlines, and actioned within the company guidelines.
? Working in conjunction with the Purchasing team to investigate areas to reduce costs, improve service and quality through sourcing new suppliers and products.
? To implement a first class customer experience through the use of company IT systems and ordering platforms.
? To lead in projects and developments that are bespoke solutions for customers including implementation, feedback and communication inside and outside of the business.
TEAM RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Assist in development and promote the culture of continuous improvement, thereby recommending and implementing authorised changes.
? Comply with Health & Safety regulations at all times.
? Maintain good housekeeping of the department including the equipment within it.
? Ensure high standards of conduct, appearance and behaviour are met at all times.
? Communicate effectively with all team members, colleagues and management team.
? Participate in the company stock takes when necessary.
In addition to the above duties and responsibilities, the job holder is required to perform any other duty requested by Management from time to time.
