We are looking to expand our sales team in the South of England and the Midlands. Ideally, you'll have experience working in a similar field-based role within the kitchen or construction industry in sales, account management or business promotion.
We expect our Sales Representatives to be self-motivated, personable, very well-presented individuals with a proven mobility sales record and who show a strong desire to succeed. Due to the nature of our business, we require professionals who are empathetic and have a positive attitude.
You will present, promote and sell our quartz slabs using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers,
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction and make end-user visits.
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
Analyse the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and market reactions.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
Continuously improve through feedback.
Distribution of stands, leaflets, samples and any promotional materials to enhance sales.
Updating system by adding correspondence received by phone, meeting, email or any other form of correspondence.
Updating price lists, delivery charges, discounts, and any other trends which will affect sales.
You must have a positive outlook - energy and confidence.
Reliable, hardworking and personable.
3-5 years direct sales experience within the kitchen or construction industry.
Must be willing to travel and have a full and clean UK driving licence.
A clear understanding and ability to deliver a consultative sales presentation.
The ability to listen, absorb and advise on the customer's needs and requirements.
Ability and willing to develop and achieve company goals and objectives.
