Regional Support Manager - Security
We are looking for an experienced Account Support Manager, to join our National Security Solutions team. The new Account Support Manager will manage our highly prestigious client's portfolio within a specified area.
The purpose of the role: You'll champion a culture of customer service excellence, innovation, operational focus, and performance management to ensure client satisfaction and you will be responsible for the welfare and performance of security personnel across all sites. You will be required to work in accordance with the operational demands of the business, which will involve undertaking site visits sometimes at weekends and at night.
