About the Role:

As a Regional Support Deputy Manager, you'll work across our nurseries in the East Midlands - stepping in to assist teams when Deputy Managers are on leave, supporting operational needs during peak periods, or helping roll out enhancements across settings.

You'll collaborate closely with the Nursery Managers to uphold our excellent standards of care, education, and safeguarding - ensuring every child receives the exceptional early years experience that St. George's is known for.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Overseeing the daily operations of the nursery in the absence of the setting's deputy or senior staff. Leading and motivating teams across various locations to provide top-quality care and learning. Making sure that all policies, procedures, and EYFS standards are applied effectively. Developing strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Contributing to evaluations, team training, and improvement initiatives across the group. Transitioning smoothly into new teams and sites while maintaining a confident leadership role.

What We're Looking For:

Experienced Deputy Manager or capable Room Leader eager to progress. Flexible, enthusiastic, and comfortable working across different nurseries in the region. Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5 preferred). Excellent knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and early years best practices. A positive team player with strong communication and leadership strengths. Full UK driving licence and access to a car (travel required across East Midlands locations).
