Registered Manager - Domiciliary Care & Supported Living



Care and Support Group Tyneside

is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and values-driven

Registered Manager

to lead and grow our community-based care and supported living services across Tyneside.

Key Responsibilities



Lead the operational delivery of

domiciliary care

and

supported living

services Ensure full compliance with

CQC regulations

and internal governance standards Manage and support a multidisciplinary team, including Care Coordinators and Support Workers Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and compassionate care Build strong relationships with service users, families, commissioners, and local agencies Oversee recruitment, supervision, and staff development Ensure robust safeguarding, risk management, and quality assurance frameworks are in place

What We're Looking For



Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care

(or equivalent) - essential*

Minimum 4 years' experience

in a management role within social care - essential*
Proven experience managing both

domiciliary care

and/or

supported living

services Strong knowledge of

CQC Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOEs)

and care legislation Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills A commitment to delivering safe, effective, and person-centred support
