Now, we're looking for a passionate Registered Care Manager to lead our established branch into its next phase of growth.

Your Mission

Lead the day-to-day running of the branch, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and outstanding care Hold CQC/CIW registration and ensure full compliance Recruit, develop, and inspire a growing team of carers Seek out new business opportunities and drive commercial growth Regularly review operations to ensure every customer's needs are met Champion best practice and support ongoing staff development

What You'll Bring

Proven management experience in a regulated sector (care, healthcare, education, housing, or similar) Experience with CQC standards is desirable, but we're happy to support the right candidate to develop this knowledge Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it) Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle A passion for person-centred care and a values-driven approach
