We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced, caring and compassionate Registered Care Manager to oversee the delivery of service at this leading domiciliary care agency in Hampstead, London.

About the Role
As a Registered Care Manager, you will help grow the business whilst maintaining the high standards of the services offered. The fundamentals of the business are strong, with an efficient operation, a centralised location and huge appetite for growth and your key responsibilities will include:

• Day-to-day Registered Care Manager duties
• To ensure the care delivered remains compliant and of a high standard
• Maintain or improve on current CQC rating of 'good'
• Oversee delivery of training and source further training where necessary
• Recruitment of new carers

About You
To be successful in the role of Registered Care Manager, you must have previous experience working in domiciliary care rather than care homes as a Registered Manager and be / have:

• A strong track record of management in a domiciliary care setting
• Prior experience of developing and delivering successful quality assurance programmes
• Previous or current CQC registration with an in-depth understanding of the regulatory framework
• A strong grasp of technology-based care platforms such as CarePlanner and Birdie
• Someone with a passion for working with people and a hands-on approach
• Good English, numeracy and digital skills
• Previous experience in Supervisory or Registered manager role
• Driving Licence (preferred)
• NVQ Level 4 Health & Social Care (preferred)

As a Registered Care Manager, you will receive an excellent salary of 35,000 per annum depending on experience plus:
