Children's Home Manager
to lead our high quality 3-bed residential home in Edgbaston, supporting young people aged 8-18 with learning disabilities, autism, and complex health needs.

Your Role:
Lead and inspire a dedicated staff team, ensuring a safe, nurturing environment
Oversee all aspects of care, compliance, and safeguarding in line with Ofsted standards
Drive a therapeutic, child-centred approach to care and personal development
Support, develop, and manage your team with regular supervision and training
Build strong relationships with families, professionals, and external agencies
Manage the home's budget and ensure effective operational oversight
We're Looking For:
At least 1 years' experience
managing a Children's Residential Home
NVQ/QCF Level 5
in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
Sound knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Full, clean UK driving licence
