We're offering an opportunity for a

Registered Manager

to take the lead at our

beautiful 3-bed residential home

for children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). The home has been thoughtfully renovated to a high standard, creating a warm, therapeutic, and nurturing environment ready for someone to step in and make it their own.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years' experience in a residential childcare setting NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People) Experience supporting children with emotional and behavioural difficulties Proven track record with Ofsted, ideally achieving "Good" or "Outstanding" Strong knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations A hands-on, compassionate leader who puts young people at the heart of everything Full UK Driving Licence
