Parker House supports children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties, providing the stability, warmth, and consistency they need to thrive. Rated Good by Ofsted, this is a home where relationships are at the heart of everything we do. Our dedicated team works hard to create a nurturing space where every child feels valued, listened to, and understood.
As Manager, you will lead with empathy and strength, guiding the team to maintain the settled, positive atmosphere already in place while supporting each young person's individual journey. You'll also have the support of Homes2Inspire - the only charity-owned provider of residential children's homes in Ofsted's top 10 - where 92% of our homes are rated Good or Outstanding.
What you'll bring:
QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare (or working towards)
At least 2 years' recent experience in a supervisory role within a Registered Children's Home
Proven managerial and leadership skills with a child-centred approach
Strong knowledge of children's home regulations and legislation
A positive track record with Ofsted inspections
The ability to inspire a team and build trusted relationships with stakeholders
Full UK Driving Licence
Enhanced DBS on the update service
