We are recruiting a

Registered Manager

to lead a new, purpose-driven

short breaks and respite, children's service

based in

Blackburn

. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and lead a service that offers safe, nurturing, and supportive care to children who need it most.

About the Role:

As the Registered Manager, you will:

Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the home Ensure the home meets and exceeds Ofsted standards Develop and embed a strong safeguarding culture Support and develop a committed staff team Ensure children receive high-quality, individualised care and support during short-term or crisis placements

What We're Looking For:

Level 5 Diploma

in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent) Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior role within a children's residential setting A strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015 Significant experience working with Children with profound and multiple learning disabilities Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills Passionate about delivering therapeutic, child-centred care
