Key Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring compliance with Children's Homes Regulations and Ofsted standards.
Work alongside a highly experienced Responsible Individual and passionate owners to support registration and Ofsted preparation.
Recruit, manage, and inspire a dedicated team of care staff.
Develop, implement, and review personalised care plans for
Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to ensure excellent communication and outcomes.
Monitor quality through audits, feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and regulatory standards are consistently met.
What We're Looking For
NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management for children and young people or equivalent (or working towards).
Proven experience in children's residential care, ideally in EBD settings.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Knowledge of Ofsted fundamental standards and regulatory requirements.
Commitment to delivering outstanding, child-focused care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
