We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Children's Manager. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a compassionate approach, and extensive knowledge of child care, particularly. Duties

Lead and supervise a team of care staff, ensuring high standards of care are maintained at all times Develop, implement, and review personalised care plans tailored to each child's needs Ensure compliance with OFSTED Monitor the wellbeing of children in the facility, providing support and guidance to both staff and families Manage daily operational tasks, including rostering, record keeping, and liaising with external healthcare professionals Foster a nurturing environment that promotes independence, dignity, and respect for every child under our care

Skills

Proven management experience within residential childcare Strong leadership qualities with the ability to supervise and motivate teams effectively Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and compliance documentation Compassionate approach combined with excellent communication skills to engage children, families, and multidisciplinary teams Sound knowledge of OFSTED regulations Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances whilst maintaining a calm demeanour
