Salary 45,000 to 50,000 per year (depending on experience)

The role

We're looking for an experienced CQC registered manager who can be the compliance engine of our group. You will be the person who ensures we are not just compliant with every regulation, but inspection ready at all times, confident in our governance, and clear in our systems.

You

Act as the Registered Manager with the Care Quality Commission for the group Build and own our compliance and governance framework across all locations Lead preparedness for inspections and follow-ups with confidence Maintain and continually improve policies, processes, and audit systems Support and mentor practice managers and clinical leads Identify risk early and recommend sensible, practical solutions Translate regulatory change into useful action Report regularly to the senior leadership team with clarity and insight

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Registered Manager with CQC responsibility in healthcare, ideally dental Deep working knowledge of CQC regulations and inspection expectations Strong communicator who can influence both clinical teams and senior leadership Practical and calm under pressure, with organisational skills that keep things on track Comfortable travelling between practices and collaborating with teams
