Your Role as Registered Home Manager
Lead and inspire - Create a positive, nurturing culture where staff and children thrive.
Develop a high-performing team - Mentor, train, and empower your team to deliver outstanding care.
Ensure outstanding care standards - Oversee the home's operations, safeguarding, compliance, and quality assurance.
Be part of something meaningful - Play a key role in shaping young lives, helping girls heal, grow, and achieve their potential.
Work in a therapeutic environment - Collaborate with therapists, educators, and social workers to deliver holistic, trauma-informed care.

Who Are We Looking For?
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete it).
Experience in a leadership or senior role within children's residential services.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
A passion for trauma-informed care and therapeutic approaches.
Commitment to creating a positive, stable environment for both children and staff.
