The Registered Manager is responsible for setting the culture of the service and ensuring that everyone within it lives and breathes our organisational values in line with the company ethos. Working hours: Core hours of 9-5 Monday to Friday. May be required to undertake spot checks in-line with Registration outside of these hours (40 Hours per week)

About you Experience of working with people with learning disabilities and autism and managing team to deliver excellent care. You will know the regulations and be able to lead a large residential service. In addition, you will have the following experience:
+ CQC Registration
+ Level 5 Health and Social Care or studying towards this.

About The Service
We provide person centred support to people 24 hours a day within a community based residential home. Maesteilo is a large site with 29 acres of land. We have a mansion style house with several adjacent self-contained cottages, situated in the beautiful Welsh countryside. At Maesteilo Mansion & Cottages - Swanton Care, we currently cater for 16 adults with varying disabilities and conditions including autistic spectrum disorder, fragile x syndrome, downs syndrome, epilepsy and pica.
