The Role:
This is a rare chance to step into a leadership role within one of the most respected care villages in Northern Ireland. Based in the stunning grounds of Bangor, you'll be responsible for managing a Supported Living Service that promotes independence, dignity, and person centred care for adults living with disabilities. You'll lead a passionate and dedicated team, uphold regulatory standards, and ensure the continued delivery of high quality, compassionate support.
The Requirements:
Minimum NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent, or working towards)
Experience managing a care setting or supported living service
Strong knowledge of RQIA, safeguarding, medication management, and team leadership
