Allerton Care & Support have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Manager to join our team based in Blackpool. This role requires you to be registered with CQC.

We are looking to recruit a committed, compassionate, and experienced Manager, as a Registered Manager you will be working with the Head of Operations, you will develop, lead and grow the business, this includes developing a strong team of compassionate and caring individuals to deliver outstanding care and support to the people we support.

Allerton C&S N provide care and support for adults who may have a learning disability, mental health and/or other complex care needs across 4 Supported Living services and our Domiciliary offer.

Our 4 Supported Living Services are made up of 2 muti site single occupancy service and 2 2-4 bedded services. Supporting current capacity of 27 people. Our domiciliary business currently provide service for 8 people in their community and is an identified area for growth.

We are looking for a person who can demonstrate the following:



Has experience of managing a Supported living or Domiciliary services. Has experience of working with our client group. Has empathy and is committed to delivering outstanding services. Experience of managing, leading and developing a staff team. Can be a good role model, leader and coaching to your staff team. Is adaptable, flexible and conscientious with strong communication skills. Who is calm under pressure and has good operational skills. Has a good understanding of current legislation and CQC requirements.
