Registered Manager

Location:

Warmley, Bristol

Salary: Up to 47,000

Bonus: 21 % Annual Bonus

Accomplish are looking for a Registered Manager to lead our team and oversee the operations of our 10 bed Service. This service supports individuals with ABI needs, it's currently at 9 in occupancy and has a Deputy Manager in place. Warmley Court was recently inspected and requires some turn-around work.


This would be a great opportunity for an experienced "turn-around" manager to come in and improve processes and quality!

We are looking for a Manger who is:

Experienced as a Registered Manager Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing Has broad experience of managing people, service and quality within Learning Disabilities or Acquired Brain Injury Demonstrates positive values Able to promote and maintain independence, choice and respect Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative Good awareness of CQQ legislation, updates, changes and best practice
