We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead our care home, ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in home care demonstrating exceptional leadership and management skills. As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while fostering a compassionate and supportive atmosphere for both residents and staff.

Responsibilities

Manage the overall operations of the Domiciliary Care , ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Supervise and support staff members, providing guidance and training to enhance their skills in senior care. Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs, promoting their well-being and dignity. Maintain accurate records of resident care and staff performance, ensuring all documentation meets regulatory standards. Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to coordinate effective care services. Conduct regular assessments of resident needs and satisfaction to continually improve service delivery. Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork and professional development among staff.

Requirements

Proven experience in a managerial role within home care Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks governing care homes and senior care services. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with residents, families, and professionals. A compassionate approach to caring for the elderly with a commitment to enhancing their quality of life. Relevant qualifications in health or social care management are desirable but not essential.
