We're now seeking an experienced and inspirational
Registered Manager
to lead our branch, uphold the highest standards of care, and drive the continued success of our service.
The Role
As the
Registered Manager
, you'll be responsible for leading, motivating, and developing your team to deliver outstanding care and ensure full compliance with
CQC
requirements. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the safe, effective, and high-quality delivery of homecare services.
You'll also play a key role in the strategic growth of the service, developing relationships with healthcare professionals, building private client opportunities, and strengthening Trinity Homecare's reputation within the local community.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional, person-centred care.
Ensure full
CQC compliance
and adherence to all legal and company standards.
Manage business performance, budgets, and operational targets.
Oversee staff recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development.
Build strong relationships with clients, families, and key stakeholders.
Develop and implement local business development strategies to support growth.
Prepare management and performance reports for senior leadership.
Champion Trinity's values and promote a positive, collaborative culture.
About You
You're a confident and compassionate leader with a solid understanding of domiciliary care operations and CQC standards. You lead by example and are passionate about delivering excellence.
Essential skills and experience:
Proven experience as a
Registered Manager
or in a senior leadership role within a regulated homecare environment.
Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care
(or currently working towards).
Strong knowledge of
CQC compliance
and quality assurance frameworks.
Demonstrable success in achieving business growth and service excellence.
Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and leadership skills.
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
