We are looking for a passionate, experienced, and motivated Registered Manager to lead a children's residential home in Didsbury, Manchester, providing care and support for young people with emotional and behavioural needs.

About the Role:



Overall responsibility for the daily operations and management of the children's home Ensuring full compliance with Ofsted regulations and the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015 Leading and developing a team of dedicated residential care professionals Promoting outstanding outcomes for children and young people in care Championing a culture of safeguarding, therapeutic support, and child-focused care Shaping the home's ethos and values in line with best practices and regulatory expectations

What We're Looking For:



Minimum 2 years' experience in a children's residential care setting At least 1 year in a leadership or management role NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Children and Young People), or willingness to work towards In-depth understanding of Ofsted frameworks and regulatory compliance Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills A resilient, compassionate, and committed individual with a child-centred approach to care
