Already registered and operationalWho We Are Looking For
We are looking for a skilled and passionate
Registered Manager
to take the lead in our established 3-bed home (operated as a 2-bed). You will oversee the care of two settled young people who are engaged in full-time education, supported by a consistent and committed team.You should have:
? A minimum of
2 years' experience
as a Registered Manager in an Ofsted Registered Children's Home? A
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare
(or willingness to complete)? Strong leadership, safeguarding, and compliance knowledge
? A genuine passion for delivering trauma-informed, high-quality care
