About You:
Experience:
Minimum 2 years' managerial experience within the last 5 years in a children's residential care setting.
Qualifications:
Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or willingness to complete). Level 3 Residential Childcare essential.
Strong grasp of
Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015
,
safeguarding
, and
child protection
.
Demonstrated
trauma-informed, child-centred
practice.
Proven ability to
supervise, develop, and lead teams
in a residential setting.
Confident in communication, problem-solving, and delivering change.
