Deputy Manager
with at least 1 year in role, ready to take on full registration responsibility and shape the future of the home.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strong, child-centred leadership and management of the home
Ensure high standards of care and safeguarding in line with Ofsted requirements
Support, mentor, and develop staff to deliver consistent, therapeutic practice
Oversee compliance, policies, and audits
Build effective relationships with young people, families, and professionals
Drive continuous improvement to achieve positive outcomes
Requirements
Minimum 1 year's experience as a Deputy Manager in a children's residential setting
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) - essential
Experience working with children with EBD and Autism
Strong leadership and safeguarding knowledge
Full UK driving licence preferred
