Brand new opportunity has arisen..

We are looking for an experienced and motivated

Registered Manager

to take the lead in setting up and running a brand-new

5-bed children's residential home

for young people with

Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

This is an exciting opportunity to shape a new home from the ground up embedding a therapeutic, child-centred culture and ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and outcomes for children.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the full setup, registration, and day-to-day running of the home Ensure the home meets and exceeds Ofsted requirements and safeguarding standards Recruit, mentor, and develop a strong and motivated staff team Manage rotas, budgets, audits, and regulatory compliance Drive positive outcomes and opportunities for children and young people Work closely with the Responsible Individual and directors to achieve "Good" or "Outstanding" Ofsted ratings

Requirements

Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (mandatory) Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory role within an Ofsted children's home Proven track record of delivering high standards in children's residential care Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills Full UK driving licence strongly preferred
