An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced

Registered Manager

to lead the setup and running of a

brand-new 5-bed home

for children with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

Key Responsibilities

Register with Ofsted and oversee the home's setup and compliance Lead, mentor, and inspire the staff team to deliver excellent care Ensure full compliance with Ofsted standards, safeguarding, and regulations Manage budgets, staffing, rotas, and reporting Drive positive outcomes for children and young people
Requirements

Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (essential) Minimum 2 years' experience at supervisory level within an Ofsted-registered children's home Strong leadership and organisational skills Full UK driving licence strongly preferred
