Job Description

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established national provider of residential care, education, and therapy services for young people.

This vacancy is for a

Registered Manager

for a 4-bedded children's home based in Kirkham, Preston, supporting young people with SEMH (social, emotional, and mental health needs) on a medium to long-term basis. The home is currently rated GOOD by Ofsted.

Requirements



A minimum of 2 years' experience in residential childcare within the last 3 years (since March 2025) Experience in a leadership role such as Deputy Manager or Registered Manager A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards it) Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and standards Passion for delivering high-quality care for young people
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 45,750.00-52,750.00 per year
