Registered Manager for a 2 bed Children's Home.
Salary 38- 47,000
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual with a Trauma informed approach to fill this demanding but fulfilling role. We have been open 10 years and have provided a safe and stable home environment for our Young People and achieved some fantastic outcomes.
The successful applicant will have had at least 2 years previous supervisory experience working with young people in a residential setting. You must have a relevant Level 3 Diploma and have or be willing to study for the Level 5 Diploma. This is a home for young people who have experienced significant trauma in their lives and can display challenging behaviour. They can be aged between 10-18 years old.
