I'm recruiting on behalf of a well-respected domiciliary care provider in launching a new branch in Grantham. They're looking for someone to take ownership of the service, build a dedicated care team, and lead the business to success. What's on offer:

• 37,000-40,000.
• 33 days' annual leave (25 days + bank holidays).

• Performance related bonus scheme.

Registered Manager Responsibilities:

• To have overall responsibility for the growth of the service, reporting to the Directors.
• To develop and implement a clear local marketing strategy, including social media presence and community networking, to attract privately funded clients.
• To promote outstanding, person-centred care that encourages word-of-mouth referrals.
• To build and maintain strong relationships with the clients and their families.
• To manage clients' care packages and to be responsible for ensuring high standards for their ongoing care.
• To lead on the recruitment, development, and retention of a high-performing care team.
• To have a working understanding of the Care Act and CQC's Essential Standards.

Registered Manager Requirements:

• Must have the right to work in the UK; please note that we are unable to provide sponsorship for this role.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Care Coordinator in a Domiciliary Care or Supported Living Care setting.
• Must be working toward or have achieved an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care.
• Must have a UK Driving Licence and use of own vehicle.
