Job Description

We are looking for a Registered Manager to join Swan Care Home in New Waltham.

This role is an opportunity for a Registered manager to be involved from the very beginning. As the Registered Manager, you must be driven to succeed in this role and be able to self-motivate and be determined to help establish Swan Care Home. You will report back to the Managing Director but will lead the service and provide day to day leadership, whilst ensuring the highest quality of care and support is delivered to all service users. Your duties will also be focused around ensuring that the requirements of the Care Quality Commission (CQC) are always met within the service being provided by Swan Care Home.

It is important that you have a minimum of 3 years' experience of setting up, leading and managing a care home. It is vital you are able to manage a team confidently, as you will be required to ensure all necessary tasks are undertaken such as completing supervisions, 1-1's, appraisals, completing reviews, assessing potential new clients, attending meetings, reviewing care plans, dealing with safeguarding, risk assessments, identify training needs for your team, identifying new areas for development for your service etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to 35,000.00 per year
